I have been using PS3 Video 9 for a few months now and had no problems. Today I installed the new Vista service pack and my video converter has stopped working. I uninstalled the software completely and then downloaded the latest version from Red Kawa's web site, and received the following message. I have tried the solutions which were recomended but have had no luck.
Can anyone help please.
