Hi all, I have started to experience an error that seems to keep cropping up. I convert a file just as I have always done, but about 3/4 of the way through the conversion, it stops and I get a popup error message that ffmpeg.exe has stopped working--the message is "ffmpeg.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Searching through the previous comments, it appears that somebody was able to switch from x264 to mpeg4 and it worked. I tried it, but no luck--it still crashes. I uninstalled the previous version of videora I was using and re-installed the latest version last night, but I keep getting the same error. The new files that I do end up with are about 15 minutes long, and they look fine, but then they just break apart and stop. I tried to save a log of my latest attempt, but I was not successful. Any ideas?

I had the same issue, I found by switching from New to Old works. Last night i converted Deja Vu with no problem and actually it was faster then using the old option. It still came out crystal clear quality and it did convert. Try it.

Switching from new to old is switching from h.264 to mpeg4... which he already stated didn't work for him.
