View Full Version : Solving your Video Conversion Problems (READ THIS FIRST)

First, make sure you are using the latest version of Videora iPod Converter. If you are not, then download (http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/download.php) and install the latest version as your problem may have already been fixed.

If you are having problems converting your video, the first thing you should do is read our troubleshooting guides. Most user issues can be solved by applying the solutions in these guides. There are guides for each mode so make sure you use the guide that applies to the conversion mode you are using.
