Pixelated

i'm trying to convert some .avi files which are around 170mb. When I convert them they are extremely pixelated and they are around 80mb in size. I would rather they were basically the same quality as the originals and the size could not go above 200mb.

If you are seeing pixelation, that means the bitrate is too low. Try converting to QVGA/iPod (not VGA/TV) and, increasing the bitrate to reduce this.
