Xbox360 converter wont handle MOV files

dear readers/moderator

i have kodak HD camcorder that unfortunately records video in MOV format. i understood the Videora would handle the MOV quicktime file. has any one had any success with converting MOV's to AVI or MPEG4 ??

install avisynth
install Windows Media 9 ACM Codec
Install virtualdub
create a .avs file
put DirectShowSource("the_simpsons_movie-tlr_h1080p.hdmov")
in it and save, drop the avs file into virtualdub, but you need to have a h264 decoder installed, i recommend coreavc, but ffdshow,windvd8,powerdvd7 will work to
