Conversion Stays at 99% for Long Time

1. I'm using V5.00 iPhone 3G Video Converter.
2. I converted my DVD following the directions provided.
3. Used the Normal Mode, with settings of New, TV, Medium, On, and High. I also tried the same settings but using Ipod instead for a second conversion.
4. Both modes play fine in my iPhone and TV so not sure what the difference is in these modes.

That is my first question. What is the difference between TV and Ipod mode?

My second question is at 99% done, it still continues for about another hour plus. Why does this happen? I really don't know when its going to finish.

This happened to me too a while back. I noticed that if you clicked the "Show Conversion Details" that the "Frame" it was on was higher than "Total Frames" but the "Frame" number was still going up, as well as other numbers.

I let it run it's course, and eventually it converted. I just walked away and checked on it later, and there it was, in my iTunes. Don't know what caused the bug, but it's harmless as long as you don't stop the conversion, then you have no converted video :p lol
