I have Vista 64 bits
I used the previous version without any problem.
I unnistalled the old one and installed Version 5
As soon as I get a file to convert (step 1) a Windows Message says that "VideoInfo stopped working"
I have annistalled and remove every directory "Red Kawa" and installed again, but always the same problem

I am having the exact same problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled about 4 times now.
This is the error I keep getting:

CaliDreamer: are you also using 64-bit Vista? That doesn't seem to be the "exact same problem"
We tried to add 64-bit MediaInfo support out of the box in Version 5. This may be the reason for the error.
alca11: When using Version 4, did you ever replace the MediaInfo.dll with the 64bit one manually?
Please try the following if you can:
Go to C:\Program Files\Red Kawa\Video Converter App\Tools\VideoInfo\
Delete the Mediainfo64.dll file
Copy the Mediainfo.dll file into the same directory
Change the copy's name to Mediainfo64.dll
Try running Version 5 again. Please let us know if you still encounter the error.

OK I can delete the Mediainfo64.dll file,
but you say that copy the Mediainfo.dll file into the same directory and later rename, but
where do I get the Mediainfo.dll ?
Because in the directory Videoinfo there is already a Mediainfo.dll
You mean delete the Mediainfo64.dll file and rename the other one (Mediainfo.dll to Mediainfo64.dll ) that is in the same directory?
If you mean that, I have just done it and the problem still remains.

Well basically that is what we meant.
Could you try again, but this time create a console log and post it up.
There are directions here:
http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/help/console-log/
Are you using the uninstaller when trying version 4 and 5, or are you just installing over your existing versions?

I always unistalled the program.
This is what I got in the console:
EXEC: C:\Program Files (x86)\Red Kawa\Video Converter App\Tools\VideoInfo\VideoInfo.exe "B:\_emule downloads\Agarralo como puedas 2 y medio.avi"
VideoInfo Tool 5.0

It may have to do with that underscore ("_") in the directory. Try placing the file in another directory with no underscores in its path.

I have change the file and the directory, but the problem remains:
EXEC: C:\Program Files (x86)\Red Kawa\Video Converter App\Tools\VideoInfo\VideoInfo.exe "B:\kk\Audrey Hepburn - Charada - Spanish XVID MP3 DVDrip.avi"

It looks like there are some unresolved 64-bit issues which we will have to take a closer look at. It will take some time for us to resolve this so please don't expect a quick fix. However, we are looking into it.
The version we just released (5.01) will likely not work at all on 64-bit machines and probably cause more/other errors.
We will update this post when the 64-bit version is ready.

Well, the issue is that I had a previous version installed, that I cannot remember its number now, that worked perfect in the same computer...
