On Win 7 RTM x64, once I install v5.0, I go in to Settings and set some basic parameters and when I hit SAVE, an error box pops up with a long list of grievances. Needless to say, the settings don't get saved and if I try to convert a video, it fails with no errors. It appears to have completed but the file is garbage and doesn't play. The only way to "fix" is to uninstall and reinstall the software without trying to save the settings.
The other error I get now happens when I start the app, a script error pops up asking me if I want to continue running the script. I say no then am able to do a conversion.
Neither of these happened on earlier versions of the app in previous Win 7 x64 setups. This is new to the RTM version .
