if you read the amount of replies to anyone's queries you will notice there are very few responses...ive posted a couple of questions and no one responds...

The problem is that you need to realize that these forums are looked at by users of the program and are not a support service from Red Kawa who, by the way, don't charge you for the software anyway!
There is also a little forum decorum needed... you posted the same issue into two separate threads, which is unnecessary.
I should also add that if you have an issue with PSP Video 9, post to that forum and not the one for PS3 Video 9!
This thread is of no use to anybody since it has nothing to do with the product and is simply you moaning!
