i just installed 5.0.1. i believe i was on 4.08 before this release.
i'm getting an error: Videora Converter has Stopped Working
i've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my computer, deleted old files but nothing has worked so far.
i noticed in the changelog that 64-bit support is disabled. i run Vista 64-bit. does this mean i need to use an older version in order to run the program?

Same problem here. Vista Home Premium 64 bit. I downloaded version 5.00 instead, and that one works:

As we mentioned in our Videora Converter 5.01 (http://www.redkawa.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47478) news update, we had to remove 64-bit support temporarily. We will be adding back 64-bit support soon, but until then, the only way to use the software on 64-bit machines is to use an older version.
Thanks for your patience.

We've tested the last few versions (on x64) and they all seem to exhibit the error your posted. We are actually a bit confused as to how things have been working fine on x64 for those who have been using older versions. Unless you manually replaced the MediaInfo DLL with the 64 bit version, you should run into that error. We tried to fix this in 5.00 but it looks like that didn't work out.
We have added back 64-bit support in 5.02 which should hopefully clear up all these x64 issues. It should be available by the end of the week.
Thanks for your patience.
