Error Code: 102816

Okay, I'm getting "Error Code: 102816" when I try to convert this video.
In the Troubleshooting guide it says:

102816
Error Text: no such file or directory

Which is odd, because the video does exist. I mean, my computer plays it just fine.

Nevermind. It was the foreign characters (Japanese) in the file name.
