Error 100000 on non english system

As object, on non english system, startin a conversion causes the error 100000.
Actually the only solution is to change the international setting on control panel to English USA.
Are there other solution available?

This is an age old issue with the time/date stamp formats being different in various languages.

This should be fixed in the next version, 5.03.
