Zune HD Converter

Hi I just downloaded the Videora Zune HD Converter Version: 5.02, I was just wondering how I can cure the problem that I have. Whenever I open the software I get this error:

Then re-install this converter.

Yes, and Yes I followed the instructions and I am able to run the software successfully but when I browse and pick my file it gives me an error like this:

no, not yet im sure with ignition we are moving in that direction.

i will say this i have a wealth of downloaded videos avi,mpegs and what not on my zune. with the right converters wmv,mp4 ect.
