cannot start downloader app (error code: 000001)

i just downloaded the latest version of iPod converter..
and they say that they cannot run downloader app, hence i need to go to downloaderapp.com to re-download the Youtube converter [v2.02].

however when i tried to run the programme after downloading, this pops up:
