Hi, i am using a Nano 4th gen, and up until recently i had no problems with this fine piece of software. However now on SOME videos only, when conversion is complete, at says "Failed to add video to itunes libray" I state sometimes because it does not do it with every video.:confused: Is there a straightforward reason for this???

Hi there,
Maybe the video you're adding is not compatible with the features of itunes. try to find some videos that are compatible witth these. I also have downloaded itunes an d ive got lots of music vide0s and personal videos downloaded to itunes but i never encountered such things cos I am using a comaptible software to itunes. Hope this help
