is FLV an unsupported codec on videora?
and i'd really appreciate if someone can help me with the previous error i had. thnks

If you have a codec that will play the file in Windows Media Player, it should be able to be converted. The converter itself supplies no codecs of its own.

yeah windows is able to play the file. but once i open the file in videora. it closes and says .swt closed unexpectedly?

try it without the subtitles. Your subtitles may be corrupt.

hmm, but there werent any subs in the video. just a short flv video.

SWT closed unexpectedly
this is what pops up after i input the flv file in the convert new file tab.
