I thank you for this converter as it is simple to use. However I cannot get it to add successfully to Itunes.
I keep getting the following message:-
"Failure to add video to itunes
Your converted video could not be added to your itunes library. Please see the troubleshooting section in the help menu for more details. "

I have checked the trouble shooting section and still no joy. Can anyone please help me????

I don't even get an error message.
Some files can be added and some not... and all the files are converted with the same default setting.... Trust me... I said a lot of nasty words when some files where missing and I was on the other side of the F***NG globe..:p

BUT.. after getting home and after a lot of thinking and searching on the net (without result) I figured out that the files I can't add has a fps...

Anyone else seen this behavior?... or have a solution?
To me it seems like Videora have problems with certain avi formats?!

I'mgoing to japan tomorrow so an answer would be nice.. :D

Hi,

I just got a similar problem, converted an AVI, using H.264 and MPEG4 plays ok but iTunes wont accept it.

But all others before/after have worked fine, strange...

Regards,
Chris

You must desselect the subtitle option in the converting profiles tab general 2. The subtitle option is bugged i think.
