Problem after purchasing newer system w/Vista

This was one of my favorite programs that I used all the time. But now, when I convert files, the conversion seems to go fine but I get error message that the "flash.ocx" is missing. I know that there are many people in this forum who know way more about this stuff than I do. . . . . . so how about a little help!
