Could not start Videora (Error code:000100)

I've used videora a few months ago to convert my videos and it worked fine. I believe I had version 4.2 at that time. Then today i tried running it and I got (from what I've read) the old familiar problem pasted below. I got the latest version, 5.3, and I'm running XP. I didn't find any lowercase P's in the profile xml files and for some reason the program thinks i'm running 5.0. Similar to someone's post, notepad displays all capital P's and IE displays them as lower.

Please help me out!

I was having the same problem But I fixed it... I re-installed it but made to changes than the original install

1) I installed it to a different Directory
2) I downloaded Videora Ipod Classic Converter instead of Videora IPod Converter... SO it might work if u use ur Ipod model

One of these, Or both of the changes allowed it to work
