Video 9 won't convert Star Wars Phantom Menace DVD

I've used DVD Shrink to shrink and decode the dvd, but when I use PSP Video 9 to convert the file to MPEG and place it on my PSP it doesn't convert the file. It goes through the conversion process, but once it states "conversion complete" and I click over to the library tab, the file isn't there. Is there something different with the Star Wars dvds? Need help. Thanks!

DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter will not decrypt all of the very latest DVD's. The only good free software to do those is DVD Fab HD Decrypter:-

You can install it with the others no problem and videohelp is a good site for info.
