Converting movies to psp under 100mb

I was wondering if I can convert say a 100 minute movie to my PsP using this program.But, I kinda need it to be around 200 mb(so i don't have to delete any satnd-up comedy =P).How would I do this with PsPVideo9?Thanks

won't know til you try... I can't tell you if it's gonna convert or not or if you're going to get 200mb out of it.
