Keeping getting the same problem

Everytime I try to convert a video at the beginning a error screen pops up saying ffmpeg.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Has anyone else had that problem?

see if .net 1.1 and 2.0 needs to be updated. If anything try reinstalling those and getting their service pack 1 updates.
