my file won"t convert all the way

I ran a test video for the file I', trying to convert and it converted and went to itunes just fine. But when I try to convert the entire file it videora converts it all the way 99% and then just gets stuck there. what am I doing wrong

Im having the same problem. I've been waiting it to load for 16 HOURS and its still at 99%

I have exactly the same issue. I tried with the Touch version of the 5.03 converter first. Mine never worked. I tried first with a large file (high quality), and it churned forever. Then I cancelled that and tried at a lower quality setting, but it also churned away at 0:00 mark.

Then I installed the generic converter and tried that. The generic one didn't hang, it wouldn't boot up at all (everything was grayed out).

I then uninstalled everything, and went to the website to see if I could install an older version, thinking they may have messed something up on 5.03. It shows 5.01 from back in September, so clicked on that to install it. However, the filename has 503 in it, so I don't think it's really an older version.

I'm now stuck, so will probably go find a different company's converter to use
