This is a cut/paste of the 0.91 support guidelines. Please PM me if I've overlooked anything.

Always make sure to...
- Check the frequently asked questions page and the Known Bugs / Feature Request page before posting. Your question/issue may be already addressed in there.

- Create a new thread if your issue does not match anything listed as "known" even if it's vaugely similar. You will get better support this way. Do not post your problem in multiple threads or PM the moderators thinking you'll get a quicker response; you won't.

- Use descriptive subjects for your thread. Titles such as "This doesn't work!", "Feature Request", "Bug Report", and "Help!" do not provide any information on what your message is about.

- Stay on topic when replying to existing messages. Keep it to one user/issue per thread, please. If you have the same issue, wait for a response or post in a new thread.

- Be civil and respectful to your fellow posters. I understand that having video on your handheld device is an exciting prospect, and it's really frustrating when things don't work. That alone is not an excuse to be rude or aggressive with people who are trying to help you, especially when they're not getting paid for it (that's right; to my knowledge, none of the regular posters on this forum are Videora employees). You're allowed to be dissatisfied with product quality and say so, but if you're venting as opposed to actually looking for help please do it elsewhere.

When Posting Problems
- Verify you have the latest version of Videora's iPod Converter. Current version: 3.02

- Check the Known Bugs list. If it's there, there should be ways to work around it already listed.

- Give a detailed description of the problem and settings. What exactly happens? Is it specific to any file types? Is it specific to the iPod, or is the problem present in Quicktime as well? Post a debug log (see FAQ for step-by-step) (http://www.redkawa.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2807).

When Posting Feature Requests
- Check the Feature Requests list. If it's already been requested, we know it's not there and don't know if/when it will be there.
