2.04 Problem

I converted a file into both H.264 and MPEG-4. It says that it moved the file into ITUNES and then ITUNES opens up automatically. I look throughly in itunes and the file is no where to be found. I try to just drag the file into itunes and it wont allow that either. I thought it would be easier to put videos onto an ipod. If someone can help me out with an easier method or tell me what I am doing wrong I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks in advance.

You are likely running into the issue found here:

You can confirm the problem by trying to open your converted file in QuickTime and seeing if you get the same error.
