Not transfering to iTunes!!!!!!

After I convert a video it does not transfer it to iTunes.I've transfered a bunch of videos without a problem and it always transfers it, but for some videos it doesn't.HOW DO I FIX THIS????????

You are likely running into the issue found here:

You can confirm the problem by trying to open your converted file in QuickTime and seeing if you get the same -2002 error.
