Hello there, I'm in need of some help in reguards to the Videora I-Pod Converter. For some reason whenever I'm trying to convert some music videos; It does convert the video and everything but everytime I try and click the link that says Add To itunes, I do that but then when I go to itunes and I look to see where the video has been added to. There's nothing there. Could anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong because I really want to put these music videos onto my I-Pod but everytime I do so nothing happens. The first time I used this converter I converted the video and Added it to itunes with no problems. If anybody could help me out that would be fantastic. Thanks :D

In order to help, we need to see the console log for the video that caused this problem.

To generate a console log, please follow these steps.
1. Click on the "Console" tab and check the "Enable Console" box.
2. Start encoding the video that failed as you normally would.
3. Cancel the conversion after ~10 seconds by clicking the "Abort" button.
4. Go back to the "Console" tab
5. Copy the console log up until the lines where it starts saying "frame=..."

Once you have the log, post it up to this forum thread.

All the complaints I've seen about the inability to properly add converted video to iTunes seem... misguided. The option works fine for me although I wish I could remember to turn it off more often than I do. iTunes is perfectly capable of letting YOU manually add a file... rather than relying on Videora to do it for you.

If Videora is unable to add the file to iTunes, you'll almost definitely get the same result if you try to add the file yourself through iTunes. This issue is mostly due to Apple's poor MPEG-4 implementation in QuickTime which they refuse to fix. More details about that error can be found in the blog:

You can turn off the "Automatically Add Video to iTunes" feature by unchecking the box in the Settings > Devices > iPod area. Don't forget that you have to press the save button in the bottom corner to save your new settings and make your change stick.

Okay, I edited my post!
Also How would I add the file to i-tunes manually?
Because I did all that you mentioned but it still doesn't get added to i-tunes.

Open the Movies category in iTune's Library section, then click FILE > ADD FILES TO LIBRARY from the main menu.
