A newbie need help

Hi guys, To transfer video or music in my psp(white),do I need a memory card? I read the sticky and it doesn’t work. When I double click on my removable disk (F) The error message it gives me is: Please insert a disk into drive F.
Please need help!

I thought that was kinda obvious. Apparently not...sticky updated. Yes you need a memory stick, how do you plan on saving your games, or storing anything? :D
