Wont Convert

I am using VOB files. Just any movie or whatever. It seems ok and I click on the conversion wizard and it goes through ok. But it goes for like 2 seconds and then stops. It will then add a file that has 0:00 time on to itunes. I have changed the destination settings and it does it regardless of what the output format it. Can someone help??? does this thing not work with legitimate DVD's?

ok, not the computer genius in the family- my twin brother is the engineer, but i may have stumbled onto a solution. check the last line of the console, where is says cannot open such-and-such file. make sure that the video you are trying to convert is at that location. then try again. that worked for me.:)
