Hello everyone,

I don't know if anyone else is having trouble with this. I am using Videora iPod Converter 2.06 and am trying to convert avi's and wma's and syncing them to my iPod. I am converting widescreen movies but was told to select "Aspect Ratio>Original" to have it play as widescreen on my iPod. Please correct me if that statement is false. After converting the avi or wma, I get an error message that indicated that the video file could not me synced to iTunes and to check out the Troubleshooting section, although it's not up yet. After conversion, I go to "Program Files>Red Kawa>Video Converter>Videos>iPod>H264, and there are no videos? I am using H.264 QVGA 768kbps Stereo/128kbps. My goal is to put widescreen movies successfully on my iPod. But after the conversion, it seems like the video deletes itself before I can locate it. Also, I am using Windows Vista Ultimate, if that matters. If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

It would be helpful if you could post a console log (see other threads and the FAQ sticky thread for instructions). Please use the regular font size and type.

I figured it out. If anyone has Vista Ultimate then click on "compatability files" in the video output folder to view the converted files. From there, open then with iTunes. Not sure why it doesn't directly sync, but whatever.
