Does the output video play in Quicktime?

You are probably running into the much loathed "Error -2002" Apple iTunes/QuickTime bug. As Sketch suggested, try playing the file in QuickTime to see if you get that error.

Videora iPod Converter does try to compensate and work around the bug, but according to your log it never initiated the AutoFramerate function to do this. We think this has to do with the fact that you are running Italian Windows.

MSG - MediaInfo - Aspect Ratio: 2316
MSG - MediaInfo - Framerate: 23976 fps
The software detected the Aspect Ratio and Framerate wrong. Those should be 2.316 and 23.976 which would explain why AutoFramerate was never run.

Does Italian Windows express decimal points as periods "." or commas "," or maybe something else? This might be what is causing the read errors.

We would still like to know the answer to our question:
Does Italian Windows express decimal points as periods "." or commas "," or maybe something else?

Anyways, as for Error -37, QuickTime/iTunes will not open files that are longer than 63 characters (this limit includes the "." and extension characters ie mp4). You video filename seems to be 65 characters which is over the limit and causes this error. Try renaming the file to something shorter and then play it back in QuickTime/iTunes.

hi,
i had the same problem.
I have an italian windows version too and i can't answer about the "." and "," (if you'll explain how to discover it, i'll try) but the error message looks to be of the same family ( "your converted video could not be added to your itunes library ...")
I read the tutorial conteined in http://www.macitynet.it/ipodnet/tutorialfaq/videoraipod/videoraconverti.shtml
and verified that this error happen with same videos and, mostly of the times, can be solved by changing the converter setting.
bur , unfortunally, this does'nt happen with whole files and could be a bug.
At least, because the settings masks doesn't are enought clear about.
I think your work is wonderful and i hope to help you just to make it better

Are you getting Error -37 when you open the file up in QuickTime or Error -2202?
