When I Encode some small videos in Mpeg 4 AVC the encoder wants to encode them around 2900-3500 kbps. Now I lowered the Bitrate to 256 kbps. (Even if this bitrate is not practical) And still it will encoder them around 2900-3500 kbps. I don't want such large files. A video thats 30 sec is 10 megs. When it should be lower than that. Could someone look into this? Thanks
