i am getting error 2002...the one about a bad atom in the video. i am trying to convert .tivo videos which work fine when i convert them with psp video 9, but ipod 2.07 will only convert 20-30 seconds worth of partial video and no sound...and that is only when i use the file name shortening fix i read about in the forum. through other posts i read i found out a lot of people were having this problem and that 2.07 was going to fix it (as a default setting). i just wanted to let the right people know that the problem still exists. i also read that this is an apple problem and there are work arounds, but i am not computer smart enough to know how to do the workarounds. if someone can tell me where i get the (problem) log that i see other people are posting, i will post mine if that will help in diagnosing the problem. also could someone post a sticky or something explaining what difference between all the profile settings and what they mean. also maybe a sticky about what profile is the best in converting certain files. i looked through the guide on videora's main website and couldn't find anything explaining this.
thank you very much in advance and i am sorry i am such a noob at this. i know some people get angry and annoyed with noobs, but i promise to provide any information needed to fix this, i just need to be told how to get that info...and how to perform the workarounds.
oh one last thing, whenever i use the converters help link (which takes me to these forums while still inside the converters window) i get a runtime error whenever i switch to a different page. when i click on a link to a post, the page loads then i get the runtime error. this happens everytime (from in the converters window), but never happens when i access the forums from IE. sorry if this is long, but i wanted to give as much info as possible. thanks again.
EDIT: also files won't go over to itunes (obviously i guess)

I get the same error from the browser built into Videora. Just use IE or whatever you normally use. You can find this forum at:

i'm glad i isn't just me. i've been using IE instead ever since. do you know anything about my other problem? i found out how to get the log (just needed to read a little closer for the answer). But can you help me get this thing working? how do i do the workarounds...
i love and use all of the videora converters and honestly, i don't know what happened with the ipod converter, back on version 0.91, i could convert all day long, but ever since i upgraded it has given me trouble. i know that they say this has benn a problem with apple for awhile, but i don't understand why it never gave me a problem before. anyway, thanks for replying and any help in getting this thing working is greatly appreciated.

Sorry. I've never seen the problem first hand. I haven't worked with TIVO files either.

In case anyone is interested in fixing the error in the forum scripting, here's the complete error message. It appears that someone has typed a single quote in place of a double quote. The error only shows up in the browser window in Videora. I never experience it in IE6.

Line: 1719
Char: 4
Error: 'null" is null or not an object
Code:0

Thanks for pointing out the Javascript error. We have traced it down and fixed it so you shouldn't see it any more.

As for your -2002 error, please post up your console log.
We're not sure how well .tivo files are supported, you should try a profile that has the words "AviSynth" in it as these profiles allow for greater video compatibility.

What ever you did to fix it now seems to crash IE6 on a regular basis.

It is working fine in our IE6.
What version of IE6 are you running?
When you say crash, do you mean IE6 becomes totally unusable and you have close it down?
Or do you mean you see that javascript error box pop up?

6.0.2800.1106

It seems like it crashes after every few thread reads...
