when i convert the video and it goes to itunes it doesnt sync but when i convert it on itunes it does but it doesnt have audio. does anybody know whats wrong

converting in itunes will always result in no sound, this is apple policy to enforce you to BUY quicktime pro to convert your movies (they will look crapy but they will have sound - enjoy, bleh)
read other topics on problems with syncing converted videos, there is a lot of them
