To some videos that i try converting.After they finish they don't go to itunes.it says that I need to fix a troubleshooting porblem at the help menu.But they haven't made troubleshooting yet so i'm stuck without any options on how to move it to itunes.need help

I just upgraded my converter and it is giving me the same problem, it says that i need to see the troubleshoot menu but that isn't available yet and i'm going crazy trying to figure it out myself! help anyone?
