I've tried to convert a DVD for a friend, but on his computer, I'll do the "Transcode New Video", and select my .VOB file, and all it does is immediatly say "Transcode Complete". There's no file or anything :S.

I don't understand, I'm doing the exact same settings on another computer. What did I do wrong?

Use these instructions (steps 1-6), you have too many Audio tracks:
Stream #0.1[0x80]: Audio: ac3
Stream #0.2[0x81]: Audio: ac3
Stream #0.3[0x82]: Audio: ac3
Stream #0.4[0x83]: Audio: ac3

If you're "transcoding" anything, you have an antique version of the program. I suggest updating to 2.19.

(msopnet is correct about the audio tracks tho...)

True, on second look it's obvious you're using .91...
