So I have a wireless router downstairs connected to the dsl box and computer number 1. Than I have computer number 2 upstairs that has a wireless bridge. Now my question is, my ps3 is downstairs, can i still connect to my upstairs pc via the ps3 using redkawa, because i only have the wireless bridge upstairs and not the router?

Yes, i believe you can. Load and launch Media Center X on your upstairs PC, note the IP address in the small box that opens and use that address in the PS3 browser.
