Help converting videos for PSP

It is driving me nuts. Every time I start a conversion it says complete in like 5 seconds. I have experimented with versions 2.25 and 1.74 (which I have gotten to work before) with the same result. I am using the custom firmware 3.40 OE-A which is supported on 2.25 but still no luck. What am I doing wrong?:mad:

Thanks. I was wondering why my pspvideo9 is not converting like it used to. Is it a setting? I don't believe it is the format of the file I am converting because it is happening with a bunch of different files with different formats. Do you like this converter better than pspvideo 9 and is the free trial good enough or is it one of the those deals that only converts the first five minutes of the video? Thanks again!

that was a bot imo.... looking at the post history. usually if you enable the console log, you can get a better idea about what went wrong. The instant "complete" can be anything unfortunatly.
