Sudden stop to using program (Win XP)

I've been using perfectly fine for this programme,
PSPvideo9 on my windows XP
,nothing difficult to understand..
With compliments applaud, i like it..

then a sudden stop that i couldn't even enter the software.
i am prompted with:
"Videora Converter has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

After reinstalling, uninstalling the software over upteen times, i couldn't seem to find any solution to the same outcome .
Please advice, in desperate to resolve problem

I'm having the same problem. Error window states Error Signature. Does anyone know how to fix this. I have reinstalled this program several times and still no hekp. It was working fine until just recently.

I figured out how to correct the issue. My Microsoft .Net 2.0 framework had become corrupted somehow. All I did was go to Microsoft's website to update to 2.0 sp1 and everything works great now. Give it a try. Worked for me.
