Can't run Videora iPod Converter

I recently had a virus on my system but after dealing with that found that I could not run Videora iPod Converter. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it but I keep getting "VideoraiPodConverter.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close."
Any ideas on how I can resolve this problem.
