I know there is a way of transfering files from pc to ps3, but is there a way of transfering files from ps3 to pc? if so, what is the procedure?

Copy desired file to usb supported media device such as memory stick or thumbdrive and walk it over to your PC. PS3 disk drive is read only, not a burner so can not use a DVD or CD blank. You can not use MCX to copy back to PC.
