Hi First of all let me say thank you. I've just got my PS3, I'm in Italy, and I was looking for a product just like this. So well done!
I managed to get things working up to a point. I think the mediacenterx folder should be kept in the sites folder of the user. I wasn't able to see any mp3's in the music folder otherwise.
No i have copied some mp3's into the folder and i can see them from the ps3 browser but clicking on them has no effect, they never start.
Wish list: be able to point the music folder to my itunes folder and go in however my folders deep i need to.
And/or use the party shuffle function on my itunes or create one yourselves from the music folder.
The ps3 is just getting going and so is this app. I think there are a world of possibilties to explore around this media server business. Sony need to add divx and other codecs. Its a bit boring having to convert everything.

UPDATE: works fine from firefox on my mac and another pc on my local network, its just the ps3!
