Now that 3.30 comes with support for thumbnails in the Video folder, does PSPvideo 9 have some way I can create them, or is that only in a final release?
Keep up the excellent work! My videos look crispy!

Nevermind. New release seems to have addressed it.

I could not see any of my thumbnails in the VIDEO directory.
My THM files are JPG with a size of 160x120px.
Somebody knows the problem ?

Try renaming the THM file extension to jpg.
The latest version (2.15) will auto generate the thumbnails with the correct name. I have tested fine on our 3.30 PSP.

Is there any way to select what frame is used for the thumbnail? A black screen doesn't help much when browsing! :p

make a snap of whatever frame you want (all players have this feature) and resize it to 160x120... replace the black one. use jpg.
