I just converted the new GTA IV trailer from the 31 MB .mov file from Gametrailers.com. I am using the AVC 720x480 768kbps Stereo/128kbps profile. I changed the Framerate to 29.97 from Original, and changed the audio Sample Rate (Hz) to 48000 from Original. I am using PSP Video 9 2.15.
