After a video is converted, there aren't any thumbnails in the C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Converted Videos\PSP\MPEG4-AVC folder. How do i get them? Im using version 2.15.

Ok, i got the thumbnails to work but now when i check on my psp the video says unsupported data. What gives?
