Few things, it would be useful to have Matroska support, better subtitle support (Conversion of .ssa/.ass?) and VFR support, as a lot of files use those.
And for the AVC issue I've seen referenced, what profile are you encoding in? I haven't checked, but the PS3 ONLY recognizes AVC Main Profile, as stated in the manual. No other profiles for AVC work.
