Cannot install -pls help

I downloaded "Wii video 9" exe file successfully. hoıwever while installing the proram namely downloading the files, after a few time (about %10 of installation), an error occurs and writes "download failed. downloading timed out" . what is the problem? how can it be fixed? thanks alot

hello again, it fails installing whle downloading "dotnetfx.exe" file. I separetely downloaded it and installed the dotnetfx.exe( it was the exe of microsoft.net) file iand installed it however i cant still install the wii video 9. plz help. thanks
