2.17 Changelog:
Updated: FFmpeg rev8564
Added: Legacy PSP Video Support
Fixed: PSP MJPEG Bitrate
Added: PSP 2-Pass Support
Added: PSP Library Support
Download PSP Video 9 2.17 (FW3.30) Beta (http://www.pspvideo9.com/Download/Beta/)
Release Notes:
We have added 2-Pass video conversion support as well as fixed a bug regarding the specified MJPEG bitrate. We have also added support for creating videos with the older PSP video naming style (with filenames M4V##### and MAQ#####). To turn this on, check the “Legacy Video Support” box in the PSP settings.
You can now copy/manage your PSP video files directly from the program. When your PSP is connected and in USB mode, specify the location of the video folder by going to “Device Folder” in the PSP settings of PSP Video 9. Once that is done, click the “Save Converter Settings” button and go to the “Library” section. Both the “Device Files” and “Split View” tabs will now show the video files present on your PSP. When you copy/move/delete files, the thumbnails of the same name will also be copied/moved/deleted.
Upgrade Notes:
There is no upgrade available so you will have to download the full installer. The full installer will overwrite your old version so you will loose all your old settings and profiles. If you would like to keep your old settings and profiles, back them up before installing the latest version.
---
This release in meant for PSP users with firmware version 3.30. If you have not updated your PSP after March 28, 2007, you do not have firmware 3.30. If you have an older firmware version, please continue to use PSP Video 9 version 1.94. You can download PSP Video 9 version 1.94 here (http://www.pspvideo9.com/Download/).
