I am running into a problem where if i adjust the volume over 100% and try to convert the video, the conversion process will instantly say complete not converting anything. It wont leave leave an empty created file. I have tried every possible combination on every profile. Is anyone else running into this problem?

I too am having the instant "Conversion Complete" dilemma when trying to convert .VOB's to any of the encoding profiles.

PS3 Video 9 was working properly for a few weeks. The only piece of software I've installed since then is PS3 Media Center X... not that it matters, but I can't think of any other system change since the problem began.

Just realized that i had changed the destination folder within Windows Explorer and had not changed it under Settings-->Devices-->Device Settings.

That did the trick
