Can't download file [Archive]

I can get to the file selection screen but when I click on the file it says please wait and it statys on that screen for about three minutes and then it says an error occured.

Please help!

Have you verified that the file you want to copy is located in an approved directory. By default you have to move the file to Documents & Settings. If you've added to or changed your approved directories and you file is located there, it should work.

i had this problem. ok heres what you do, open RK file server, press launch file server, click on settings at the bottom, in add directory, put the directory that your files are on on your pc. GG. i had that problem with mpeg2 files only. clicking on mp4 did absolutely nothing. WHY IS THAT?

What codec is in the mp4? The PS3 manual says only AVC and SP are approved mp4 file types. Any others would not copy. I've moved dozens of mp4 AVC files using Media Center X.
